RETURN POLICIES
we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. because our bags are handmade, there may be some irregularities in the printing or sewing – this does not affect the quality of your bag. however, if there is any problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase at info@modernest.com and we will work with you to correct the matter. returns are accepted for STORE CREDIT ONLY and item(s) must be received within 14 days of your purchase. item(s) must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

LIABILITY
the web site and its contents are provided "as is," without warranty or condition of any kind, either express or implied. modernest shall not be liable for damages arising from the operation, content or use of the web site or its products. all modernest products are guaranteed against defects upon receipt. as stated above, because the pieces are handmade, there may be some irregularities in appearance. this is not a reason for return. the maximum liability modernest shall ever incur shall be the original price paid for the product ordered.
